In that case the path to which the measurement is transferred often doesn't exist or has been moved. A clean install of the software will remove this problem. The current path used for transferring data can be seen by going to C:\Program Files (x86)\McRoberts\DynaPortManager. Right click on the file ‘Run’ and choose edit.
