This protocol will provide the stakeholders, the first comprehensive, multimodal solution to validate realworld mobility. Notably, the protocol described here has been accepted by the European Medical Agency13 as part of the Mobilise-D process for the regulatory qualification of real-world mobility performance biomarkers in Parkinson’s disease.
